The Scholarship Intake Form is designed to collect essential information needed to determine eligibility and ensure a fair, transparent, and mission-aligned review process. Applicants will provide basic personal details, academic information, school enrollment status, financial need documentation, service involvement, and required statements related to character and educational goals. The form also includes sections for the Education Sustainability & Initiative proposal, references, and application fee or fee waiver request. All information submitted is used solely for scholarship evaluation and program administration and is handled with confidentiality and respect.

Section 1: Applicant Country & Program Option

Application Guidance – Please Read Carefully

Before starting your application, please ensure that you have reviewed the Program Handbook. Understanding the program requirements will help you complete your application accurately and avoid delays.

Please note the following important requirements:

  1. Academic Qualifications Required
    You must show proof of attendance at a high school and provide three referees.
  2. Transcript Submission
    Before beginning your application, please combine all your transcripts into a single PDF document for upload.
  3. Identification Documents
    Please ensure you have a soft copy (scanned or clear photo) of your National ID or Passport available before starting the application.

Incomplete or non-compliant applications may not be considered. Applicants are encouraged to prepare all required documents in advance to ensure a smooth submission process.
